Ted Morton, a Calgary area MLA, a leadership candidate for the Alberta Progressive Conservative Party and one of the authors of the Alberta Agenda, was the special guest speaker at a recent sold-out A.R.G. luncheon in Calgary.
Ted gave a detailed and well researched speech on how Alberta needs to do more to pay off the debt, to lower taxes and to cut the size and cost of big government.
He also discussed democratic reform, called for innovations in health care and gave an excellent analysis on the problems with Canada’s equalization policy.
Finally Ted congratulated A.R.G for its work to help push for more responsible government in Alberta.
